yes supposed to be nice weekend for driving the car ,I hear about the water thing there ,there talking about southern NH an all this testing on the news ,hear in troy we have an old dump that's like 1 mile away they say is cleaned up was from 80 years ago they were dumping something ? .but we get this brown stuff in the toilets ,they say its the pipe from our house to the street ,but when they drain the fire hydraint ,the water that comes out looks terrible ,we have an huge artiesan well in troy for city .but its no wonder every one buys bottled water ,we use filters for our coffey an cooking ,but mixing good water with bad is all they do now ,I don't think its going away ,that seems to be the problem hear ,before they stirred up the dump site ,the water was fine go figure ,all it takes is a whistle blower though

 

Ya, this problem is serious for the town of Litchfield and Merrimac, which are (2) towns west of me. The company is Saint Ghobain and they make plastics, it's what is coming out of the stacks is PFOA and it's airborne. Not good but I'll tell the company is doing everything possible to help the surrounding properties. Most folks in NH have wells, I have an artesian and the water is excellent, of course having a Kinetico water filtration system helps tremendously. My friends tell me our drinking water is better than coca-cola. The only reason i installed the system was my yard was a peach farm and back in the day they used some bad-*** pesticides. So between the system and the softner the water is great. I suggest you look into Kinetico, I believe there manufactured in Michigan. BTW just went to breakfast with my daughter and we took the Camaro, we arrived and bang there was a 2013, 2010, and my 97. They took pictures because they were all silver. Take care Bud, watch that water and have it tested.
