Wanting to do the early 4th gen to later 4th gen front swap

What do I need? Obviously the front bumper and headlights and hood but do I need the fenders as well? Let me know cause I have a buddy thats parting his 2000 out and I'd like to make my 95 look a little bit sharper!

yes,you need the fender,you will also need the headlight panel
