Squeaky Pulley
#22
So what was changed on your engine to where you no longer have the original pulley configuration, or is your radiator cover with sticker a transplant? I'll have to see if I can find engine pics of my old 91 RS to compare, it would be the same as yours.

Well i took the car in for an inspection today and the guy says it's the Alternator.
When i spun the alternator there is a squeak, but i didnt think that was the problem because i just bought a brand new alternator....
The shop wanted to charge me $415.67 for a replacement and labor.
I lol'd my way out the shop with my squeaky camaro.

TORX BIT FOR ALTERNATOR REMOVAL 3rd GEN Camaro is a t40 torx bit.
Problem is solved guys! I replaced the alternator that squaked even when u tipped it on one side, but even that wasnt the problem!!
After being at autozone switching through so many different belts, i finally found a belt that is a 1/2 inch bigger than my belt and the squeak went away instantly.
It's a Duralast belt too!
Thanks to everyone who gave me their input and tried to help me. I greatly appreciate it!
