Im looking for an ss 1le for tracking. I saw one on a car hauler the other day but other than that im not having much luck with the internet. is this car that rare ? could I buy a lesser model and make it into a 1le ?
im hoping there are people here that are familiar with this car.

for reference my track car is a 2024 z51 corvette. im looking for a second car that my wife can use at the track and I can use when the corvette is in for a blown engine or transmission

 

If you're set on track use i'd say an SS 1LE is a great choice, the weight distribution is slightly more towards the rear which can actually make it stick to the track better, but keep in mind the 1LE has a slightly different suspension tune than the SS, you might notice the ride quality isn't as smooth on the road.
