Does anyone know exactly what hood and what size wheels are shown in this pic?

Its not a factory SS hood. If you look at the back of the cowl it's larger than a factory hood. Ideas?

Still seems different. Like at the back of the cowl it is parallel with the windshield. Goes back to a sharp point. Maybe its custom? Also would you say those wheels are 18"s?

Now I need to know, which I'm pretty sure of, what size those wheels are. Would you say those wheels are 18"s?

if you know what wheels those are (brand) thatd be awesome

those are the first rims/tires ive seen on a 93-97 that really fit the car
