Default Spider web

ok i have a 95 camaro and the front bumper has the spider web. Can a body shop fix it or do i gotta buy a brand new front bumoer. Two people told me different things. On said that its only in the paint thats starting to chip, but the other guy said that its the bumper starting to crack. Any body know??

Youd have to post some pictures to be sure.. But normally, the spiderweb cracks in the paint are just where the bumper has flexed from scraping or whatnot and the paint isnt flexible so it cracks.. Normally its just a matter of sanding it out and repainting it.
