Hey everybody, I was wondering if anyone knew how the smoked headlight and taillight covers are attached to the car? Double sided tape?

Does anyone think they will look good on a white car? Thanks

 

Those headlight covers use a bar and mount to hold the cover on. There is a bar which you mount in the headlight recess, and the mount fits on the side of the recess. The cover has a plate at the bottom as seen in the pic, and that plate slides under the bar. The cover also has a piece of velcro on it, which attaches to the velcro on the mount. The taillight covers simply fit over your taillights and "snap" on.

side question on this, the person i bought my camaro from found a few little extras for my car left in their garage when they cleaned it, they were nice enough to just give them to me. But to get to the point, i received a set of the headlight covers for my 95, but thats the thing, it was just the covers. i was just wondering if its suppose to have brackets with it? or something to clip or attatch to..? if so, can it be baught seperate? i really think it would help set my car off

 

You would kind of have to make your own, but you could do it. It should have come with brackets.

 

Has anyone bought a pair of the smoked headlight covers? If so, how did they fit and how much did it affect the light coming through from the headlights?
