You can spray a little windex on the bumper before you apply it so you can slide the decal around and when the windex is dried, the decal will stick just fine.

Thanks for the comments guys. You should see it with the blackouts too. I posted a pic in the topic: blackouts for taillights.

I got some black letters for my red 96 and I also got them on ebay for around $5.00.They are harder to put on than it seems but man they look nice.
