I don't think he could have beaten a SRT Neon with the cat's stripped. But if thats all it takes,then I can junk the Big Block and go with a 6er.

Seems to me that if a gutted cat can do so much for a V6, it may be worth while to put one behind the big block, even if now it has no cat. Should pick up at least another 400 HP. Could't stand it any more & had to jump in again, sorry, this thread just won't die. LOL

To be honest, I thought about throwin one on but I would need 2 of them,and just dont know if the frame will take all that power.

Yeah, you got a point there, good chance that when you step on the gas the back wheels will wind up right next to the front wheels.

maybe you could put one gutted cat and one stock cat to help counteract the rediculous amount of power the one gutted one give you.

Hey I found out where this guy went. The fable goes he went back to race the viper again but for pinks this time and now he is in the viper forum with his new ride.

I actaully did pull on a Viper once, but I wish I would have known all I needed was a gutted cat. I guess I waisted my money on the cam, headers, tune, MAF, Lid, stall, and all my other mods.[&:]

I heard the guys car ended up being so fast that he actually went back in time to 1976, we have'nt heard from him because there was no internet then.
