upcoming races

So I ran into a old friend yesterday he has a 06 gto 6.0 m6 and its stock. We are planning a race once I get around to do my tune up and fix small oil leak. Also a another buddy of mines dad has a 68 426 hemi plymouth gtx who wants to show me what real american muscle is. How do you think ill do?

Me 93 z28 383 stroker m6 373s full bolt on h/c,

Well since my dads 81 Camaro with a stroker destroyed one of thous new GTOs I think you'll be fine. The plymouth might give you a run for your money.

You should take the GTO with no problem. A stock LS2 GTO should run 13.3-13.5 stock. Your a good bit lighter with more power so i think you should take it no problem.

i think it will be a drivers race with the hemi. unless he has done some upgrades like you. his is rated at 425, yours at 432 horsepower. official curb weight ratings, you are 30 pounds lighter than him. drivers race, and a fun one to! get a video of it.

His 68 gtx is all orginal as far as I know with the 4spd.

Ok got a update on the gtx it has new carb heads plus lighter rearend, low pros, double barrel pumper heads 750 holly is what he told me today. Also sounds like a cam and suspention work has been done. Ima get to go for a drive in it tomarrow. Sounds like this one will be a lose but still going to be fun.
