Ya I have to agree with the rest of the crew I have an 02 SS and I've justs raced a nice black WS6 the other day and we were head to head I asked him what he had under the hood and it was the exact same **** I have. Personally I'll go with the camaro not just because I'm a fan of Chevy and a die hard Camaro fan but from my experiance pontiacs have a lot of electrical problems. My naibor had a 99 formula and everything from the head lights to the fog lights and even the power windows all went out in just a matter of time. The only problem I have had with my car is the AC compressor has gone out but then again I have over 100000 miles on the car while my naibors formula had only 30000.

The SS is the same thing as the WS6. I would go with the SS not because I have Camaro, but because when you buy a Camaro you buy the name. What I mean by that is when you go up to someone and say I have a Camaro SS most people say "WOW what year?" and if you go up to someone and say I have a WS6 most people (most girls and some guys) are going to say what is that??I am not saying that girls have no idea what it is, but most don't. I know that Camaro is a better name and I also know that value of both cars are going to be real close. Go for a Camaro SS.......

Both cars are the same mechanically. On any day one may be a little faster than the other due to normal build variations. I do prefer the Camaro styling, but the Pontiac seats are more comfortable, espaecially on long drives. The quality is the same and they came off the same assembly line.

WS6 is a cosmetic package ain't it?
Anyhoo, I'm guessing that Camaro values will go up when the new one comes out. Old mopar values have gone up, Mustangs are making a comeback (there are a few 70's in town that have mysteriously appeared), and I bet the 'Maro will follow suit.
But I do prefer the T/A. My uncle has one, and it's so pretty!
