Those 600 CC inline fours just didn't have the torque to run with me...I couldn't keep up with the 1000cc inline 4's but never found a 600 that could keep up with me...was a fun bike to have.

A 600CC bike will not do well against a car from a roll. I was slightly pulling away from my buddy's FRI @ 140 mphs one night.

But to add to the kill list: I murdered 2 pre-2000 Mustang GTs at the strip by at least a second. And tied with a 2007 Mustang GT that ran a 14.68 and I ran a 14.7 (I staged faster). But I couldn't quite hold it together at the end against my buddy's bore over 306 91 GT. At the beginning, I was catching him and passing him by 2 tenths in the 1/4 and then the last run he did a 14.48!

Not a fast one mine but still got +30 MPGs on the way to Sacramento and back.

Tonight finally, after postpones for 4 months, my friend and I finally raced. Up until now our cars have broken down in turn so we couldnt race. But anyway, he has an 01 GTI, 1.8 upgraded Turbo, full 3 inch downpipe and exhaust, cat delete, short throw, short ram, stage 2 clutch. So we decided to race a couple times at 40, then at 60. At 40, he kept with me for about a second then I walked on him. At 60 as soon as I we went I took off on him, I wasnt even sure he really got on it.

I guess I did have a loss in it..... just forgot about it. It was a 5th gen Camaro SS. I was sitting at the corner waiting for traffic to pass and the guy in the SS passed passed me with "that look" lol. I was able to turn down the road and get behind him since the guy in front of him was driving well below the speed limit. I saw the guy in the SS looking back at me repeatedly.... I knew what that guy was going to do once the guy in front of him moved, no sooner as I said it, the slower driver turned the corner and at around 25-30 MPH both the guy in the SS and I dropped the hammer. As expected, he was pulling away from me however it wasn't by much. I was impress that it wasn't a knock out drag out battle..... my SS held its own.

I have a 2002 bone stock base Camaro.
*DISCLAIMER NOT ACTUAL EVENTS. WORK OF FICTION BELOW*
As I was heading to work this morning, a beat up looking 4 door Integra pulls up next to me at a stop light and I had a feeling he was going to try to gutter ball me because there was a lot of back up behind me, and at the intersection I was at, practically no one turns right there in the morning. He also rev'd his engine at me. The light turned green and I floored it and I assume he did do. All i heard was him swearing at me - our windows were down - because I pulled a lot harder than he did and he had to slam on his brakes to not hit the cars parked in the street.
*work of fiction over*
I know that it's irresponsible, but I just can't stand people trying to gutter ball me...
