well i cant pick on imports or damestic rice cus i drive them to but i got a friend down here with a first gen neon with the srt4 motor with a stage 2 with a few modifications and he runs a 12.4 on the track and when he plays on the roads from a rolling start in second all i can say is that mother f*cker floats all he hangs out is with the muscle car crowd... i respect the neon there is alot of potential in those cars iv owned 5 of the first gens... got another one in my backyard to make a play toy once i get finished with my camaro..

If he is running mid 12s he is running a little more then stage 2 and some bolt ons[>:]. Stage two is rated at 260 crank horses if I am not mistaken.

This should not be a low 12 second car. Not on stock boost. He has a little more then you think if he is putting down 330 to the ground. Stage 3 once again is rated at the crank that probaly means he is laying down around 260-270 at the ground that mean he made 60 ponies some where.
