read some of the comments on the vid. there's a bunch of ricers saying that there is no way a stock LS1 can run a mid 13

 

come on now, the ls1 has a bigger litre engine and a 150 shot of NOS. It beat it the evo by about 1 second. I mean yea 1 second could be a long time in a drag race, but comparing the cars, its not that bad at all. Lets see the camaro run with 75hp and see how it does against it

And since is an evo drag racing car[&:]. Lol they are amazing rally racing cars, especially drifting in the dirt

Ya know, sometimes stuff like this pisses me off. The EVO was never meant to be a drag car, Im not defending it, because IMO its an exciting grocery getter, soccer mom style... but its completely out of its element here, its a rally car, not a drag car, and vice versa for the camaro... Its just that alot of comparisons today are getting to be more apples and oranges than bananas and bananas if ya know what I mean.
That was one hell of a launch tho, mad props to the camaro driver.
