Yeah racing in a straight line is dangerous also. But the way I figure it, I know something could happen to myself or the person driving theother car, I know the risk is there,but if there is no one else around at least I'm not putting anyone else's life in danger. There might not be any kids but you never know, and if your going fast enough all it takes is your back tires to break loose around a corner and you plow into a house. Watch some cop chases through neighborhoods, it happens pretty often, sometimes not houses but parked cars. I don't think anyone of us were trying to be a ****, just saying if your gonna race on the street choose you places to race more carefully.

yall are all dumb. street racing carries a stigma for me. its called low self esteem. we all know a camaro can beat a mustang, rice burner, etc... we've all seen it and heard it a million times. so when i see two people street race just to prove that one is better or cooler than the other one doesnt make sense to me. I feel cooler when i creep through the streets in my nieghboor hoodand let everyone i pass get a good look at my camaro, not haul *** through. even if its for fun, take it to the damn track, they were built for a reason
