Default 6 cylinder to 8 cylinder swap

I have a '93 camaro with a 3.4 liter v-6 and I wanted to try to get as much info as possible about swapping the v-6 with a v-8. Items such as; is the wire harness compatible with the internal wiring inside the fire wall?
Any help in answering these issues would be very much appreciated!

This has been discussed many, many times. If money is something that might hamper this, then it would be best to just sell your car, and buy a Z28. They can be had fairly cheap. If it not a problem, and you have some spare time on your hands, then here is a link to help you out... http://www.tacreationsusa.com/3_4_3_8_v6_to_lt1.htm
