Hello, I'm not sure anyone is getting my replies, but want to know if your 69 camaro is still available? If so call me directly at 315-558-3351 ask for Steve. Thank you.
I'm selling my 1969 Camaro. It's been sitting outside under a tarp and cover for years, and I won't have a place to keep it much longer. I'd like to sell it to someone who will take good care of it.
It's a single-family car. My grandparents bought it new and drove it to work until the 80's when they gave it to my dad, who gave it to me in 2011. As far as history goes, it took a hit in driver's side and was dented in the 70's. In the 90's, the chrome in the back took a dent as well. Looks pretty good for its age, though. About ten years ago, I went over a bunch of stuff with rust converter and sandpaper that seemed to help stem the spread of rust. I've kept it wrapped up tight through the years, and I think it's paid off.
It has rust issues, as can be expected. It has probably been kept in a garage for only a few years in its life. However, it runs and I've driven it around town as recently as 2017. Just last month, I drove it around in a circle when I had to shuffle cars. The odometer has rolled over and reads 12,709, but the actual mileage is higher.
Not pictured are some of the pieces that have been kept inside over the years, such as some of the trim, visors, some hubcaps and an orange SS hood.
All pictures were taken in March, but it is in the same condition now. PM me with questions or to haggle.
Thanks for looking!
The above body fill next to the tire is where the accident happened.
This long thing is something my dad made to go over the dash. It hasn't fared too well over the years.
This is the worst rust spot next to the rear windshield. It is on the passenger's side just under where the trim goes. I removed the rubber strip I had covering it to reveal the hole. Fortunately, it hasn't gotten any worse since I discovered it.
Please reach out to me asap. Would like to know if your 69 camaro is still for sale or already sold. You can reach me at 315-558-3351. Thank you.
