We now have a new ROTM director effective immediately, Bud Brown

Bud will be running the ROTM so anything to do with ROTM please contact him.

negative on going to my head. I have no desire to "boss people around", but I'm going to try and spin up the ROTM, run it clean, and make it a central point like it was when I rejoined last year. I would like to get us booming again. we have had to much down time, and if I can push the ROTM to start us rolling again that's what I want to do.
