OK so I have to replace the front and rear motor mounts on the prelude. I really don't want to buy them because there so expensive (85$ for the front and 75$ for the rear) I was reading about a kid who used hockey pucks and drilled holes on the center of them for the bolt. My question is, do you think this would work? The H22A is a very balanced engine (2 balance shafts, and a lot of people run without them because the engines so smooth) so I don't think the vibrations would be too bad.

Are you talking about the actual motor mount, or the front & rear dog bones? The dog bones keeps the engine from twisting under torque, which it will do without them.
Hockey pucks sounds like a good innovative alternative.

I don't have dog bones, its the actual mounts that go from the block to the subframe.

Leave it to a Honda owner to not use mounts! It's not like the engine has any torque to worry about anyway.
