Still debating on if I want to stay FI or Carb it... Both would be really sweet, tossing a carb on it would be alot easier but FI would be more reliable Lol.. Decisions suck

More reliable as far as what? I like my carb

Both have the same reliability issues, as far as contamination affecting them. I like carbs because I know them better, and they're cheaper. Injection is probably more economical to run, and a bit cleaner burning.

Got the intake manifold off today, had to get a can of air to blow off glass on the motor, took the intake off and there was more, so I covered the heads and blew the glass off, I really hope there isnt any in the motor.. I'll have to just get it running and if something happens I guess I'll have to rebuild

This project has came to a stop, got offered a chunk of change I couldnt say no to for my setup, I think it's time to focus on what I need and not what I want, I'll do the swap some other day, maybe with a 6.0, who knows.. My next project will be ford 3/4 ton (something small, already have what I need from the last ford) I'll be keeping the Impala just the powerplant is going bye bye..
