Denver Mile High Nationals

I've been every year since I was 4 except for one, and once again, it freakin' rocked. Nothing like seening a Camaro that runs 9 second 1/4 miles at 5280 ft...or seeing a Top Fuel car run 4 second 1/4 miles. Then you come home from the night at the races and you have tire rubber on your arms from all the burnouts and you get random wiffs of tire smoke or racing fuel for the next couple of days...man I love the nationals! Anyone else go regularly?

RE: Denver Mile High Nationals

I try to make Englishtown every year, They call them Super Nationals this year.. I am addicted to nitro fumes, and the noise of 6000 HP engines. I also enjoy the pro stocks, with just a 500 inch engine and a 4 bbl carb, and no power adders.they can pull 6.5 ET's with trap speeds over 200 MPH. Big letdown driving my car back home. LOL
