It's now 2019 and that means that 28th annual CAMARO SUPERFEST 2019 is only 6 months away!! The longest running, biggest, friendliest and most charitable ALL Camaro event in the USA will be accepting registrations on January 15th!! Our all new website IS open and has 96.75% of all of the information you should need. The registration page is available, you can even test it out... but registrations do not count until January 15th. Feel free to look it over, see our plans and schedule of activities and start your planning to attend!! The HQ hotel and our new back-up hotel ARE taking reservations now... so book soon!! Our main posting is in the Mid-West region of this forum, but we are posting in ALL regions, as this is a National event, with past participants from close to 1/2 of our 50 states and Canada!! We will strive to keep all region postings updated!!

 

HELLO!! Registration for CAMARO SUPERFEST 2019 is just around the corner... in fact about 24 hours away. Sometime on Tuesday morning, January 15th, our registration page on Camaro Superfest 2019 goes "LIVE"!! You can officially register for our event and pay with your paypal account or any major credit card. WHO will be registration #1? and Where will they be from? We are looking forward to receiving your registration(s)!! (if you are bringing more than one Camaro, please register each Camaro separately. Thanks!!)

 

HELLO Camaro fans!! It has been one week since our registration has opened. The turn-out has been great - THANKS!! So far we have just under 80 Camaros registered for CAMARO SUPERFEST 2019!! Of those registered, we already cover 8 states and 2 Canadian provinces! People are coming from Iowa, Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and North Carolina. Plus, Ontario and Quebec!!
Congratulations to Jason and Tara Coulter from Kentucky on being registration #1 for 2019!!
Online registration is open until the week before the event, but you can still register at the event too! Please note - you must be registered to go to MIS on Friday. There will be NO registrations AT the track!! We are looking forward to receiving your registration soon!!

HELLO Camaro fans!!! Some great announcements this morning.... we are at 105 registered Camaros!! We also have 74 attending our great Laps at MIS activity on Friday of our event. That's just under 1/3 of what we can accept (about 250) so you still have plenty of time to get your Camaro on the high banks of MIS!! Just remember please.... there will be NO onsite registrations at MIS. You must pre-register for CSF or register at the HQ hotel by Friday morning to be able to go.
How about a custom goodie bag for you? NEW this year... goodie bag shopping!! YOU will get to fill your own goodie bag (within reason) at registration at the HQ hotel only! For those that register or arrive on Saturday or Sunday at the park, sorry... there will not be a goodie bag for you. Extra samples are always at HQ for all to take, so some items could still be available.

HELLO!!! We are ONE month away from our event - CAMARO SUPERFEST 2019!! Here is an update on our event and happenings......
Everyone that pre-registered should have their Acceptance Letters!! These were finished up today and ALL are out, including the few that did not register online. If you have registered and have not received your Letter, please check your junk folder!! If you still can't find it, please email us!!
Please READ that Letter!!! Lots of special information in it, especially involving the MIS trip and Saturday dinner at the Lingenfelter Collection on Saturday night!
We are at 260 registrations... so far!! We are also at 170 going to MIS. We have room for another 80!! Please remember, we will NOT do registrations AT the track. You must be registered by Thursday night or Friday morning at our HQ hotel!!
Our Judging sheets and help sheet in classifying your Camaro for judging will be posted soon!! Please keep watching our website.
If you own a company and want to promote it at our event, please email us for instructions on when and where to send samples, flyers, coupons, etc!! Our deadline is fast approaching and we'd like to put your company name in our event program by June 10th!!

GOOD Morning!!!!!!! We are one week away from a great Camaro weekend!! We have some more BIG news to share..... we have now reached 325 pre-registered!! A near record for us! The big news is that online registration has been extended!!

SUNDAY, June 30 at 4pm, online registration will shut down.

This will still give us time to get you the info you need and get your registration package all set! Sunday - 4pm !! After that, you can register at our HQ hotel on Thursday night, Friday morning and evening , then all day Saturday and Sunday at the show site - Riverside Park!!

Just remember... if you want to go to MIS... you MUST register by Friday morning!!!! There will be NO onsite registration AT the track!!!

The goodie bag shopping (you fill your own bag!!) is starting to look good... here's a shot of stuff piling up!! Also got the event shirts and awards... looking excellent!!!

HELLO AGAIN!!!! Our event is in the record books - THANKS if you were one of the 500 Camaros that attended our event!! And while the final numbers are still being worked on, it is looking very good for our charity efforts - should meet or exceed our $18,000 goal to the Fallen & Wounded Soldiers Fund!!

Thanks to those that responded to our event t-shirt "poll" on facebook... we had enough responses that we have now activated a t-shirt sale on our CSF website!! If for some reason, you did not get that event t-shirt, you have one last chance!

We will accept orders for event t-shirts until ONLY FRIDAY, JULY 26!!
