Default pinging in motor

Today after i hit a 100 shot of nitrous my motor started pinging when it gets over 2000 rpm. I can pretty much rule out bearings, lifters or rockers since it would ping all the time, not when i get over a certain rpm. Timings right, pulled fuel filters and cleaned, plugs are black so im not running lean. What the hell could it be. My fuel pump wasnt running at full power, cause its usually loud as hell, and now it is, but still pinging. Out of ideas, if anyone could give me some insight it would be much appreciated.

Default RE: pinging in motor

Ive done my research before running nitrous. Ive got 400 horse on motor, with msd digital 6 plus with single stage retard which ive retarded timing 5 degrees, its a wet shot, only 100 horse so i shouldnt have too many problems. I havent even gone through a 10 lb bottle yet. WTF, the motor now runs worse than before. When i hit the bottle last, it started to cut out so i backed out..................

if you could try getting a video so we can hear the noise, it will make it easier by hearing it.
