Default Possible new camaro owner

I’ve been looking at a 2000 V6 camaro coupe with 160k miles in a manual. Are there any camaro specific flaws I should look for when I go to take a look at it? Are there any fatal issues that I should just walk away from? Thank you for your help.

pretty much anything you would look at in a 20 year old car with high miles. ask if its had the lower intake gaskets changed, also if its ever had overheat or coolant in the oil although most sellers will avoid answering in the positive. common fail is the lower intake that can allow coolant in the oil and possible overheat, this can cause bearings in engine to fail shortly after fixing.

Also:T-top leaks with rusted floors. Depending on where you live floors and frame rails should be inspected. It is always worth your while to have a good mechanic check out the car before you buy. They can spot bad workmanship and verify over all condition. They can also give you an idea how much maintenance should be done right away.
