Hello everyone.
New member here from south central Illinois. Recently bought a 94 z28 convertible to tinker with and ride around and burn the skin off the top of my bald head.
Have had one each of the first three gen Camaros big block and small block. Always did all my own wrenching on them except warranty work.
Will probably have a few questions on some particularities of the lt1 seems to be basically old school small block chevy with a few upgrades.
So far I have an oil leak that would seem to be coming out from the back of the intake but cannot actually see the exact location and maybe a leak on the water pump drive shaft or optispark drive seal. Haven't had either apart and see no oil drips from the front of the engine just some oil film on the area.
Anyway enough about that for now.
Just wanted to say hello.

Welcome, I owned a '93 Z28 hardtop for quite few years, only problems I had were with that damn optispark, replaced it twice.
Car had 222,000 miles on it when I sold it and still a strong runner.
Oh and I'm no spring chicken either at '62 so don't feel like the lone stranger.
