Default New Member...Need Advice!!!!

Hello everyone,
My name is Derek Curtis and I live in Missouri. I at the moment do not even own a car, let alone a camaro. However I test drove this one today, have the money and will more than likey be purchasing it within the next week. It is a Black 95 Camaro Z28. It has a Lt1 but a Ls1 front clip. this is due to a fender bender.
heres a pic

I am seriously thinking about buying it but have concerns on what the cost of insurnace is going to cost. I am 17, will be 18 in August, and wondered if any of you could give me a general idea of the cost,
Thanks for your help guys
-Derek

Looks good I would get it. I am 18 but live overseas were it is red neck as hell with insurance. But the day I got my first running Camaro was the best day of my life. I was 17 when I had my first street/running Camaro and it was the best thing ever. It is worth the money man trust me.

Welcome Derek, that's a nice looking camaro. Insurance is hard to say, depends on your driving record and where you live and other factors. Best thing to do is to call around and find out. I remember when I was 19 I had a 96 TA and was paying like 230/month for full coverage. But my driving record sucked pretty bad then. What part of MO are you in, I grew up about 20 mins away from Monett in the SW corner.

if your record looks like mine, hope for around 300 a month. only thing keeping mine around 200 is the fact that my car has a V6 VIN#.
