Long history behind this one....
Short story is that about 15 years ago my best friend died in a motorcycle accident. His parents gave me his 68 Camaro. I've been working on it ever since and it will be passed on to my son in another 8 yrs or so.
Originally as stock as they came. I think the only upgrade it had at the time was power steering.
Was; Inline 6, 2 spd power glide, non-posi, drum all around etc.... and Green, that lovely, as I call it, appliance avocado green that was so popular in the day.
Now; BUILT 350 with 4 spd auto tranny, dual electric fans, Posi rear end. 95% of interior re-done.
To do; Front and rear suspension along with disc brakes. Headliner (which I have, just have not installed yet), tires/rims, misc chrome exterior pieces, rear spoiler, cowl induction hood, white ss stripes.
Couple pics attached.
Regards,
-Robert
