Default New guy here! Just bought a 2000 Base Convertible Camaro!

Hello everyone! A week ago I bought a 2000 base convertible Camaro for my daughters first car! It’s a fun little car and seems to be in pretty good shape. Had a few electrical issues, but I’ve already fixed most of them. I have found forums very useful when working on my motorcycle and my old Square body Suburban, so I figured I’d find one for the Camaro!

Welcome aboard, what's your bike and what year Suburban?
I'm a long time motorcycle rider,66 years old and ridden many both dirt and street since I was 10 but mostly Harleys for almost 40 years now.
I actually have 3 currently but my main ride is a 2019 Electra Glide.
Also a square body fan,I have a '78 GMC High Sierra 2500 4X4 with a 454 big block and T-400 riding on 36" Swampers with a 6" lift.

the bike is a 16 Indian Chieftain Darkhorse, and the suburban is a 1991 half ton 4x4, last year of the square Suburbans. The truck is very much a work in progress lol

Nice! I had a '79 Suburban and a '69 Suburban 4X4 and a '78 Jimmy (Blazer). My square is getting made over hopefully pretty soon after having it for 25 years,I have many boxes of new parts and some minty used.
I found a set of new old stock GM front fenders and inner fender wells some years back that are almost impossible to find now and also a mint tailgate that sat in a garage in the rafters for decades taken off when new for a camper shell canopy. I'm having a shop built next summer at my house and the '78 will get taken down,I also have an all original '72 4X4 GMC I'm going to restore that my Dad bought new when I was in high school.
I also have a '99 Silverado 1500 4X4 so not shortage of trucks. lol.
Great looking Injun, two of my Harleys are projects,a '74 Ironhead that was a good friend's who passed on and an '89 FXR Superglide,I had an '84 for a decade and 125,000 miles that I always regretted selling, a year ago I found a deal I couldn't pass up on the '89. It was ugly but up and running for $3500,it's going down to the frame for a restomod. The 2019 is my 3rd Electra, had an '89 Ultra I bought low miles used and later traded in on a new 2000 Classic.
The 2000 was a great bike,I rode it 20 years and put 200,000 miles on it.
The '19 has 20,000 and counting, great bike so far and love the new M8 motor.
