84Z new to the site
Hello all. New to the forum. Just purchased an 84 Z28. Picked it up from the original owner. It was last inspected in 1999. she had it sitting in a garage since, startng it every once in a while & driving it up & down the driveway. It appears all orignal. 84,000 miles. 305 4 barrel. The interior is pretty clean. Exterior is in good condition. One spot of rust over left rear wheel. Otherwise just a few dings & scapes. The engine runs quiet, no smoke. This is my first camaro so I've got a lot to learn. I picked it up as a hobby (hopefully to share with my kids) & cuz it seemed like a good deal ($750.00). I like the stock look & would like to maintain that look. Working now on fixing a few minor things, belts, hoses, wheel cylinders, hood struts etc..... I have already looked around this site for info. Seems like a great source for info. Hope I can take advantage of it & maybe even contribute.

RE: 84Z new to the site
Nice 84 at pretty good deal. It’s too bad the third gen camaro’s are so under rated by the hot rod community that you don’t see to many in the typical magazines or at any car shows. For the small time that I have been on this forum I have found out more info about the third gen than I have in any mag. Welcome and good luck hope to see some updated pic’s in the future
