Need help - light on dash

Under the revometer a light has come on.. and not being a bright spark!!! Im not sure what its referring to. Please can someone tell me. I have a 94 z28 auto The light is a red arrow facing down into a red square with wavey lines. I thought it might be something to do with my radiator or coolant???

From the description, its a low liquid level.. may be your oil! Check your oil and if that is not it, check your coolant level.

thanks for the info and the link to website most helpful. Iv checked all levels they seem ok im thinkin it must be a sensor unit maybe??

could be.. take it to autozone and have them do a code read out and see if they can pick up a reason.
