Maybe you can help me

Hello, So, right now I'm trying to find the car to suit me best.
( Though I'm not sure this is the right place.. it seems relevant..)

I'm looking now to price, but to buy in around 6 or so months.
My main key points are a
-manual transmission,
-close to a 7 second 0-60mph time or less,
-reliability,
-under $3,000,
- decent mpg (25 highway)
-Rather it not be a turbo/SC because if the car already has 100k miles on the turbos bound to go soon, AND it kills the life of the engine. I take care of my cars so I'd hope to get as many miles as i can out of it without having to do any drastic(or expensive) work.

Less important but still relevant points

-Looks decent
-Decent exhaust sound
-Good mpg (29+ high way)

The current cars I'm looking at are a 4th gen 3.8l V6 Camaro, a 99-04 V6 mustang, or a 2000-2006 Toyota Celica ( doesn't have the sound but..)

I stray away from DSM cars due to valve failure, and the beat up shape most are in. Same in Integra's and cars of that sort. The killer is the manual, it seems a lot of the 3.8 V6's are in auto-only cars.

I'd appreciate the help! Thanks!
