as a current owner of a 3rd generation camaro, i should tell you that rarely you will come across one for 1300 that is a "cheap" or "easy" fix. 3rd generation camaro's have problems that usually result you in throwing in alot of new parts into what you thought was something simple. sensors problems and vacuum leaks is something you should expect. if your buying one with the 305, expect to get bored quickly, you will be dreaming about a 350 or upgradeing to the 383 stroker. these generations are a whole lot of fun, when there running like their supposed to. i am experiancing a problem with a 92 currently that just has an idle problem, the only problem is it intermittent and one of the most complicated things im trying to diagnose, never have i been stuck on a idle problem for so long. and im realizeing more and more that this is common and its never the same thing twice. if your spending $1300 expect alot of garage time. you get what you pay for! save more if your looking for a car that is better taken care of.

I have a 92 also and it took just about 2 years and 3 broken transmission mounts for me to get really bored with the automatic 305, when ur 16 its fun and does what you want but now im searching for a good 5 speed and a L98 for my car.
