I posted on the forum to ask questions when I was in the "looking" stage of buying a Camaro, and I appreciate the help I received. I ended up buying the car, a 1989 IROC Z28 w/ 105k miles, 5-speed, 305 TPI, dual cats, 4-wheel discs, hard top. I was planning on upgrading the brakes and suspension, as well as putting on headers and exhaust. I was wondering if any of you know of any good websites for parts that members hereprefer touse. My intent is to eventually do some road racing/autocrossing with this Camaro, as it is not my daily driver. Any advice or insight as to what brand of brakes and suspenion components are the best would be greatly appreciated. I have read that Spohn makes great suspension components, can any of you attest to this? Thanks again for all the help I have already received and for any help in the future. I look forward to becoming an active member in the forum! On a personal note, I used to detail cars at a dealership during college, and now I work in the sales department of a Chevy/Pontiac/GMC dealer. I used to have a 2005 Cadillac CTS-V, but now that I drive a dealer demo car, I saw no need to make payments on something so I bought the Z28 to fill the void.
