Smile I finally own one!!!

Howdy folks!
Having grown up right around the time KITT was huge, I have literally had a life long love affair with F-bodies! In 1985 my Dad traded in our pathetic Mustang II (with landau roof!, haha) for an 82' Camaro sport coupe, I have been hooked ever since. In my teen years, my best friend was the Mustang guy, and I was always the Camaro guy. Being 15 years old when the 4th gens were rolled out, they instantly became my dream car. I still recall riding my bike to the dealership to see the first ones unloaded off the truck. I always knew that someday I would own one, and finally I can say that i do! Last week I picked up a 95' 3.4 liter (T-tops and stick) from my neice. She had been driving it the past year, and was looking for something different, meanwhile this year I sold my 65' Beetle, when the realization set in I could finally get my dream car! This one looks to be a clean and solid platform for a build someday. For now it will be my daily and I can still get respectable MPG's (better than my 6 liter 2500HD, haha). So here I am, finally checking in with the car I've longed to own my whole life! I can't wait to be a part of this community, with so many helpful folks with the same love.

Damn. Yours looks far better taken care of than mine was! LOL. My poor Cami shows every year, since '95. SIGH.

It really is pretty clean. The more I've been going over it, the more impressed I am with how it's held up and been taken care of. For a 22 year old car, with only 121k on it, it's not bad at all. The worst of it is the usual drivers' seat tear, and some fading on the interior. I gave it a tune up over the weekend, and am sorting out some things, but so far so good!

Congrats! Great looking car for it's age.
Looks like the prior owner loved on it a lot.
Welcome to the club, I'm a 4th gen fan too having owned a '93 Z28 and now an '01 SS.
