Hi from a Ford guy
Hello Camaro forum members,
I've been a Ford guy for a long time, but now my 14 year old daughter and I are going to restore a 71 Camaro together. It's pretty cool, this is my favorite Camaro body style. It's also cool that is interested in cars. I have 2 older kids, 17 year old son, not interested at all in old cars, doesn't want to spend any time or effort restoring something old. My other daughter, 15, has been restoring a 66 Mustang with me for the past 1.5 years. We're almost done with it.
Any tips from anyone in general regarding working on this old Camaro? We're pretty much starting from scratch (no motor or tranny, interior has been removed, etc). One thing I definitely like is that the front subframe just onbolts, will make it a lot easier I think.

Welcome to the forums, post some picks of both car's when you have time. One tip, Keep the Camaro away from the stang, It'll eat the ford alive.
