Found this site through google. Joined up and here I am. My name is Mike. Growing up my father had a 67 chevy Camaro and now that I've got a family of my own I'll be picking one up. Not sure if I'm going to end up with a '67 or a '69 at this point but I want to find one and restore it. Mainly just a great project to undertake.
So far just from lurking on here I've seen many great project builds and decided it was time to join up do some research and learn what I can.

I say buy what you can afford. Restoring cars like these will take a whole lot of time and even more money, if you want it done right. Thought that I'd just let you know what you're getting yourself into, if you didn't know already.

ty guys.
Buffalo02z28: oh I know. Right now I have a few side projects around the house that need to get done before I pick up a project car. Figured I'd start with as much research as possible and in a few years pick up a project car. The only nice part is I have no time frame as far as when I'd want to have it done. I just want to buy the car and restore it the right way. If it takes 10 years then so be it. Appreciate the advise.
