my name is justin myers and i go by the name Coach. my dad just bought me a 1969 camaro for my first car and we call it a 20 footer because it looks good from 20 feet away. its a plain 1969 camaro but it's gonna be restored to a clone Z28. the reason why we got this vehicle is the Make A Wish foundation approved it to be fully restored they way i want it. i dont know what comes stock on a 1969 Z28, so i am wondering if you guys would like to help me by either sending info to this profile or on the thread under 1969 camaro, sub title Z28. well thx guys!

here are 2 photos of my car.
here are 2 photos of my car.
To me the nicest Z28 I ever saw was one that was restored to showroom new. I remember seeing a few new ones, so to see one back in that condition was a thrill!! The only problem with a car in that condition is that if you actually want to DRIVE it......wellllll its not gonna STAY in new condition forever......<SIGH>.
Anyway good luck---

it needs 2 new front fenders because there's rusted and there's a few small dents. also the paint job sucks, but i'm gonna paint it orange w/ black stripes. i'll putan original spoiler on and put some rally rims on.

Hey its all good. You can have a Z looking Camaro, with just some minor fixing.
Better than the guys that try to pass off a car as a 'real' Z. There were only 602 Camaros make in 1970 with the 396/375 engine. And I saw a lot of them that had been destroyed in magazines...(because the suspensions were really crap). But now a days it seems as if theres 1000 of them running around! LoL
Makes me wonder just how many are really left.
