Clutch problem

I just finish restoring a 1967 Camaro with a 4-speed transmission. My clutch gets sticky at times and i am pretty sure its in the bell crank area.
I have adjusted the bell crank and its seems to help but just last night i went for a ride the clutch felt smooth but after a few minutes it
started to get jumpy again when i would push the clutch all the way like at a red light in 1st gear and when i would let up the clutch pedal its like it sticks and jumps when i release it
The car shifts good no problems there. Can any one help me out please.

First, I'd disconnect the push rod going to the clutch fork, and see if in fact the bellcrank is the binding issue.

Also, if you remember, the t/o bearing rides on the input bearing retainer, and over time and usage, the retainer gets a groove worn on it because the pedal action is not straight, the bearing is twisted and a groove may be worn on retainer.
Happens a lot.

Thanks for the reply, i have determined its not in the bel crank its the through out bearing. I am having to drop the transmission to see whats the problem think it might the after market
clutch fork that is not holding the through out bearing center with the shaft letting it cock.

By design, the bellcrank is not perpendicular to the fork, the push is from the top, so bearing is being forced cocked.
Lube retainer with hi-temp grease.
Retainer goes on one way as there is a drain hole cast into it. Replace seal also if you use original one, otherwise, new retainer comes with new seal.
