Default 1969 restoration

I just bought a sweet 1969 camero all numbers are matching has a straight 6 has been in a garage for 5 years no rust no damage to body has new head liner and door panels all metal no bondo. I want to send it to a shop and pull it apart and have the engine gone thru tranny ect sanded new paint ect.any one know of a good resonable shop in Fresno ca area want to restore for a driver for my daughter not a show car..Thanks in advance
