Sorry, didn't know I had a message oops! Umm I used the Hypertech III Programmer (came with the hypertech 180degree thermostat). It was pretty easy, hook it up to the car, let it run its diags then itll give you which options you want (firmer/softer shifts etc) hit save and itll program it into the cars ECM and bam youre done. youll wanna experiment with shift points if you do do it to find the best one, im sure theres something online about what gives the best results.
