Default Would a throttle body tb bypass kit help?

I have had my '94 camaro since 94 and have kept it stock. Now I'm looking at making it faster and came acrost this type of intake and wanted some opinions about it so I came here. It is a K & N intake made to boost time .1 to .3 sec.

The TB bypass kit is meant to route the coolant away from the throttle body, thus the air intake temps are cooler. This will help out a little bit. The K&N will help out a little too, even better if it is the whole cold-air kit.

If you live in a colc climate, you may want to reconsider bypassing the throttle body, and go for the cold air intake kit. Much more bang for your $$. Don't bother with filter kits that picks up air inside of the engine compartment as they are worse than the stock air box.
