My exhaust...
My car sounded as if someone was kicking my floor board real hard upon getting on the car or shifting from 1st to 2nd... Well it happens to be my exhaust moving up and hitting my frame. So for now im taking the exhaust off and putting 2 pipes from the headers and dumping them before the axle

The stock, rubber, tranny mount cushion is programmed to quiet drive line noise and vibration in addition to attaching the tranny to the chasie. It starts to exibit the same symptons you describe after about 77,000 miles. It gets worse in time and the vertical motions of the drive shaft and engine rocking will move the exhaust pipes with the torque and shift points.
Replacement with a polly mount is cheap and fast.
