Hey im new to the site and i was curious as to how i would turn off my rear o2 sensors in my 95 Lt1. I dont know if there is a tuner i can purchase that will do this for me. Im trying to put in an off road y pipe.

Starting mid-year production for model year 1995 cars sold in California had full OBDII emissions equipment, including the dual cat and aft-cat O2 sensor setup. If you have one of these cars you're going to have to get O2 sims for the rear O2 sensors, or you can do some research and go for the resistor mod if you're soldering savvy.
Edit: Ugh, I should have read your post more carefully, oh well...

i have a magnaflow cat back and the rear o2 sensors are just hanging there, check engine light is on and it throws a code for rear o2 sensor mishap or something, running rich i believe. do i get a o2 sensor bung and weld it into the pipe to fix it or what?

Actually your best bet would be to start a new thread with this same question.
untill then I will try to answer your question. You will continue to throw a code till you get the sensors installed. The computer will think there is a lean misture and cause it to run rich, causeing build up of carbon, leading to extra heat, leading to excessive oil burn, leading to valves sticking, leading to more problems. I would tap a hole and screw the sensors in.
