Default Tuning software

I have been doing alot of research on how to tune a LT1and reading ppl saying its so easy. I have played with my LT1 Edit alot, and I want to try it out on the actual car.
I ran my datamaster logs and found in closed loop that one side tends to run a little bit richer and the other side runs alittle leaner.....was told it was a common thing with a large TB. But im looking to improve the tune if I can to make it alittle more streetable to play with..lol.
But my question...How do you know what number should read? I mean like short term fuel ....and long term.....is there set values you are looking to achive? If anyone is familar with LT1 edit and could shed some light i would be in debt to them...lol or I can send the current tune file to them to look over if needed. Thanks guys.

there are stock values but many would not apply to a built motor. ill see if i can find the stock lt1 values.
