Default Tips for install MSD wires w/stock manifold?

I have the drivers side done. My problem is the passenger side. All wires are in but im not sure there routed correctly. I dont have headers so this is with the stock manafold. Seems like once I but the alternator back in and the belt, the wires will be in the way....

not sure i understand why there should be a problem. Prior to long tubes, I had jegs 8.5mm in the stock locations running without any issues.
