Default suspension upgrades

I'm looking to get eibach 1 3/4-2 1/4 inch lowering springs, new shocks and swaybar bushings. would I have to make any other adjustment with these (especially the lowering springs)? also any other less expensive upgrades that will improve handling? I decided against a new swaybar considering the stock is already fairly thick.

I went with Eibachs sport kit. It has the lowest stance. You need a front end alignment when installed. And the rear will hop a little unless you drop the front of the rear control arms with brackets. For a shock, the KYB gas-adjust are the best on the market, in my opinion. You don't have to adjust them. Set-up with 17in. rims she'll pull some G's better than a corvette!

most of what you said i agree with...the corvette part is probably stretching it quite a bit. and i feel that koni's are the best you can buy...but you're definitely going to pay for them

Well you could go with GM's magnetic shock that they use on the LS9/ZR1. Ferrari's are using america's shock technology now too. They make them in China too, it uses a magnetic ferro fluid similar to what is used in a coil of a subwoofer.

so these shocks would be good? http://www.summitracing.com/parts/KYB-KG5562/
I know it would be those and the front ones. but the eibach sport kit is what I'm thinking also, so I need a front end alignment with that? and what do you mean the rear would hop and what about the control arms / brackets?

so you are lowering it? okay...then you're going to want to get new lower control arms with relocation brackets...if you plan on racing, you may want to look into adjustable ones with an adjustable panhard bar and perhaps a torque arm
