It's all about the tax base of an area as to the quality of parts you get. They have a 2010 ss their to for 49 thousand and I gaurantee you it is different from other ones in other parts of the country.

from what i found from a quik google is thats a old style lt1 that was built from 86 till 89 and is high performance for that time. used in 305 and 350.

Ya, GM probably had it laying around in a storage dump somewhere and just threw it in the 93's. It ran great when it was new. But now running Gasohol it needs a little freshing up!
