Ruff idle.

I have a new LT1 Trans Am and the woman who sold me it because she was tired of it running ruff and the shop she took it to said it would cost her a lot of money. So I got a very good deal. It just need a very good tune up
73k and still has the original spark plugs and cables and some vacuum leaks.
The engine would idle a little ruff with a surge sometimes. This was caused from the breather tubing being cracked on the bottom where you can't see it at the throttle body. And on the PVC rubber vacuum line under the throttle body. How to tell if its a vacuum leak. Just unplug the MAF sensor start the engine and if its runs better then its a vacuum leak. The engine runs ruff from the PCU getting different readings form the MAF and MAP sensor so the two reading are causing a conflict with the PCU, witch now dose not know where to set the idle from the vacuum leaks. So check all you vacuum lines. Pulls 21 inches of vacuum now at idle.
