roughness?
 

ok quick question. i know im going to need an optispark soon and plugs and such but could they cause this. randomly at idle my car will slowly start to run really rough, if i rev it it gets smooth again. sometimes itll start running rough at idle again sometimes not. rough as in shakes and vibrates feels bad.

Can answer that with one little two letter word...yes. ;)
I had that happen to me too, it varied because the computer was trying to compensate for the rich condition the misfire was causing.

yes,,, if plugs are getting fouled they load up fast at idle.
