Ahh...punctuation...

From what I understood from that, you're only HP mods are the LT4 Hotcam and P&P heads. The HP you make is going to be mostly dependent on how well the heads were worked over. I would say you'll probably put down around 300-315 at the wheels, but it's hard to say. As far as the 1/4 mile, how well can you drive? The car is probably capable of a low 13, maybe even a high 12 if you have some good tires on it and the appropriate bolt-ons.

Those were the "bolt-ons" that I was referring to...

Like I said, it's going to depend on how well the heads were worked over. The LT4 hotcam isn't a big cam, it's overall very mild for an aftermarket cam, so you're going to get a little power out of it, but not too much.

I had four SLP LT4s. Three were the Firehawk version (29 made) and one was the 30th Anniv. Camaro SS version (109 made). These were balanced and blueprinted with a lot of special susp goodies and ram air hoods and frankly ....... they were disappointing as far as 1/4 accel went. I do not have numbers but know they were nothing very special. I also had a Lingenfelter 383 Camaro and THAT ONE had the ACCEL!!!! They polished, ported, balanced and blueprinted and added headers and stroker kit and it dyno'd at about 450. Point being, adding some LT4 componenets might make sense if new parts are needed but to just plain replace parts just to use LT4 stuff is not enough difference to justify the bucks. Save your money and go visit John Lingenfelter's place instead?
